Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers throughout the United States. Availability of products may vary depending on local regulations and inventory levels.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the shipment has been processed by the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, shipping method selected, and order value.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. NutriBalance is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged package and products.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact our customer support team and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We recommend ensuring that packages can be delivered to a secure location.
